about the program
Comunidad Dojo adapted the certified Code as a Second Language (CSL) curriculum offered to minorities and youth in the United States to benefit Panamanian youth.
In addition, the program includes Basic English Classes with an emphasis on English for STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics), as well as life skills, college preparation and professional development “talks” given by professionals in various fields.
OBJECTIVE
“To develop technical and initial bilingual communication skills in young Panamanians through information technology and basic English training.”
Duration: 80 hours (30 hours of English || 32 hours of Technology || 18 hours of speeches and talks).
